Ko me inspirira #&/ I am inspired #6

Vladka in Tina sta za nas pripravili nov izziv "Ko me inspirira..." Izbrali sta krasne božično/novoletne voščilnice Betsy Veldman. V izdelavi "preprostih" voščilnic nisem tako podkovana, ampak sem se vseeno potrudila in tukaj je moj končni izdelek. Za okraske sem izrezala dva kroga in ju položila v reliefno mapico s snežinkami, ki sem jo predhodno dobro potapkala z distress blazinico (Fire Brick) ter vseskupaj na koncu spustila skozi Big Shot (postopek je dobro prikazan v tem videu). Potem sem samo snežinkam dodala malce Sticklesov Frosted Lace. Na ta način dobita ornamenta lep "zamrznjen" izgled (upam, da se vidi na sliki). Dodala sem še trak in pa dve mašnjici ter krasnen odtis Vladkine štampilkje. V kot sem dodala še "čipko", ki je narejena z izrezom Nellie's multi frame’ in je samo izrezana v trikotni obliki.

I decided to participate at Vladka's and Tina's challenge called "I am inspired..." They chose beautiful Christmas/new year's cards from Betsy Veldman. Well I am hopeless at making simple cards ... but I give it a shot so, here is my effort. For the ornaments I have cut two circles and put them in to snowflake embossing folder which I previously stamped with Distress Ink pad (Fire Brick) and then put it through my Big Shot (this technique is beautifully showed it this video). Then I added some Stickles Frosted Lace only to the snowflakes and it creates this beautiful frosted look (hope you can see it on the picture). Added some ribbon and bows and of course a beautiful Vladka's stamp which says: "Best wishes". The border corners were made with Nellie's multi frame’s dies which I cut in triangle shape. 

Mrzlo vreme z dežjem je v polnem zamahu in poleg tega se mi je upelo še prehladiti. Nič nenavadnega za tale letni čas, ampak moram priznati, da mi gre res prav hudo na živce :) Nujno potrebna bo ponovna vroča skodelica čaja.

Oh the cold weather with rain is in its full swing here. And on top of that I have a nasty cold! Nothing unusual for this time of year, but it really bugs me :) Well I'm off to make me a nice cup of hot tee.
